Sara Norman maintains a transactional practice with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, corporation and business  entity formation and reorganization, estate planning, asset protection, wills, trusts, probate, taxation, real estate transactions and financing, commercial lending, home owners association representations, mineral lease negotiation and management, easement and contract drafting, and assorted oil and gas issues.

Ms. Norman is Board Certified in Commercial Real Estate by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. She previously practiced law in Beaumont, Texas.

Ms. Norman focuses on the representation of small- and medium-sized, privately held businesses. She provides in-depth knowledge in estate planning, succession planning, corporate and real estate transactions, and business contracts. By integrating these various areas, Sara is able to provide a unique perspective to clients, including handling of the design and implementation of family limited partnerships for use in wealth preservation, and utilizing her design and preparation of shareholder agreements and other buy-sell agreements.

Additionally, Ms. Norman has extensive experience representing landowners, developers, and property owners associations in their planning and implementation of planned development communities, as well as drafting and enforcement of restrictive covenants.
