Cantey Hanger Partner Sarah Walls to Speak To A&M Construction Law Class on Environment

FORT WORTH, TX – Cantey Hanger LLP Partner Sarah Walls will speak April 2 to a Construction Law class at Texas A&M University School of Law.

The title of her talk is “Keeping It Clean: Environmental Laws Affecting Construction.” It will focus on the history and design of environmental law, with special emphasis on the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), air permitting, storm water permitting, asbestos and enforcement.

Walls is a leader in the area of environmental law in north Texas. She was a founder and Chairman of the Environmental Law Section of the Tarrant County Bar Association and she is a Chair of the Environmental and Safety Committee of the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce.
